Excellent small supermarket. Friendly staff & ethical values.

On the whole, brilliant shop to go to, with exelent staff. However, since the opening of the new store, there has been no communcation as to changes in opening hours. Yesterday, for example, which was a Sunday which would now normaly close at 16:00, was already closed at 15:15 without any information about the change to hours oveer the Easter weekend. The old store was open every day, including Sundays and Bank Holidays, 07:00-22:00, with the exeption of a couple of days over Christmas. Please list a full list of when the hours will change, at least until we've all got used to the new routine. Thankyou!! I'm still coming back!! Edited for spelling!!!

Always expensive: a comparison of prices of products sold in here and Morrisons at Penrith, 16 miles away, means buying more than a handful of everyday items is more expensive than a round trip to a supermarket with a greater range of goods.

Lovely helpful staff but short of produce in the mornings. Seems to have late delivery. Best to go in the afternoon if you want stuff.

Staff are always welcoming and helpful. We have never been served by a rude member yet. Lots to chose from even though the store isn't that big. Sels all the essentials and more. A little pricey but we just go in for bread and milk, if you hit the right time tou get some good reductions and today when I was in there seemed to be plenty of offers

Fat lazy staff! That have no idea what's going on, would rather have a chin wag than help! Never heard of contactless & apperanly don't know how to do cash back? What's the point?

Busy convenience shop. Good choice of produce. Needs to be bigger though.
