I've used Paddy and his team twice - once for my original mortgage and then again to find the best rate when my term ended. Both times were dead easy and they took care of everything. Dealt with them for a mortgage to be requested all the information under the sun, provided it all to go the a lender which dealt with using equity as a deposit to then be told that they wouldn’t proceed due to this and my credit history. Just a waste of my time

Amazing Service! Could not thank the Guys at PJS enough, especially Laura, Paddy and Jamie! I am a first time buyer who had no clue what to do and these guys made it so easy and stress free for me. Nothing was an issue for them, I hardly lifted a finger! I used the Solicitors they recommended as well who where also brilliant. They are very quick to respond to emails and they chase up mortgage providers so you don't have to, I emailed Laura at 10:30pm on a Sunday evening and got a reply within 2 minutes, now that's good customer service! Brilliant local business, would definitely recommend! :)
