Needed a new flue for the oil boiler. after one call, I was visited within 24 hours (on a Friday) to assess what was required. I was promised the quote on monday morning which turned up on time. having agreed to the work, a date was set and the engineer turned up at the prescribed time. He was very polite such as seeing if there was a route to the boiler that did not require going through the house. Asked if he could use the loo. Corrected a couple of small things that had not been done during initial installation (by another company). We wanted to support a local company but were pleased with the competitive and detailed quote we received. The installation was done in a timely manner, the team were well informed and answered all our questions, worked tidily and to schedule. Highly recommended.

We had a Worcester Gas Combi boiler fitted after our old one died. It was relocated from kitchen to garage, all work was carried out over 2 days, well coordinated with plumbers, fitters & electricians. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We came across Logic quite by accident, in fact it was a home insurance call out which helped us find the company and it was only ‘logic’ to use them again. We have had boiler refurbishment and a full electrical check on the house plus a variety of electrical installations and modifications. We have found people who care and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is just right before they leave us. We will certainly have Logic do any more plumbing and electrical work we may need in the future. Thank you !

Logic installed 10 solar panels, an inverter and battery for us. The whole process from getting the initial quote to the final paperwork was very professionally managed. Everyone turned up when expected and the communication was excellent.

Logic Group in Appleby are the worst company that I've had the displeasure to deal with. First they turned up without making an appointment and charged for it. Then they came back on a Friday afternoon, worked on my boiler and broke it even more leaving my tenants with no heating or hot water on one of the coldest weeks of the year. The engineer said he would be back on Saturday to rectify his mistake but never turned up, not even a phone call. when I called them on Monday I was informed that they wanted more money for the part that the engineer broke!! I Have spoken to a number of heating engineers and they all come to the same conclusion that damaging that particular part was down to negligence and not having the right tools. Logic fitted a new solar PV and solar battery . The service was great, they were really quick regarding coming out to do the site visit and getting the quote back and then arranging a date to fit. They came in the day they said they would and fitted it well and professionally. Super service. Have used them several times and they are always great.

Replacement of under window radiator to, two wall radiators in living room but all 10mm pipework had to be changed to 15mm. Engineers were friendly ,professional and did a first class job. Going forward i will be using Logic for all my plumbing requirements

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Booked them for annual Rayburn boiler service at a set price of £300 (with no mention of hourly rate or parts) which I agreed on their portal. Engineer unable to complete service, as flue needed removing for sweeping. Weeks later received bill for £423 claiming I had agreed an hourly rate and parts which was untrue. Queried via PayPal and received half back. Meanwhile they had quoted £144 to remove the flue but I used someone else and it took them ten minutes and cost me £50 including call out charge. Logic could easily have removed the flue on the first day but preferred to leave me without heating in middle of winter and try to make themselves even more money.

Boiler broken..... Logic take a look, yes it's broken (£90 charge), can you fix it? No. Can you install new boiler? Yes, someone will call you (Bear in mind winter, single mum and 2 small kids)..... Over 3 days later get a response from a salesman.....'we can fix it but need to go out to look at the boiler before we can quote'.... Ok, take another look asap please as it is urgent.... Salesman calls back 3 hours later 'actually we can't fix for 2 months, you still want me to take a look?'..... I ask how come so long..... I'm told it's down to not being able to get a boiler supplied...... I call round to find a boiler, Screwfix is the first place I call and they can get me one delivered in 24hrs...... Call logic to say I've got a boiler and ask when they can fit it.....'sorry sir, we don't have an available engineers for 2 months'...... Utter waste of time, you're paying a big fee for a sloppy uncaring service, I will never darken their door again, I suggest you avoid at all costs.
