I decided to travel over to view a van at Eden commercials solely based on their excellent feedback. Many of the other companies I viewed had some terrible feedback and it’s refreshing to see a company that cares about its customer base and reputation. On arrival there were plenty of vans to view at leisure, no pressure and helpful staff, - happy to say I purchased one and I’m very happy with it. I very rarely leave feedback - but credit where it’s due, a very pleasant experience. Thank you Eden Commercials.

Great experience I have had ordering my first van from Eden, Eben who I dealt with was very helpful and made the process easy and Everything I asked for he was more than happy to find a solution for it ,100% recommended very reliable and fair company.

Awful customer service, first van they had advertised they said its to high milage to finance, agreed on another van on the same phone call, accepted for finance said they have reserved it for me, said they will ring back, waited 3 days they never did, I rang and got told that the van they had reserved me was gone!, they said they would have another van coming in 5 days later lower milage and they would reserve that for me, they said as soon as it goes through the workshop they would ring me send pics ect and get it sorted when they ran i waited the 5 days they never rang, so again I rang, they then said that van had gone again and they would have more coming in the following week so they would ring me back, I said if a van can't be sorted when I was on the phone to them for the same day or next day then I wish to cancel all enquiries, the women on the phone sounded like she did not care, always spoke with a different person and explained the hole situation over and over and not one person in tried to get a van sorted, not even had a follow up call or nothing! Poor customer service!!

Spoke to John, agreed a price for Vauxhall Movano Van. transferred deposit over, was told van would be delivered next day, then received a call to be informed that no service history for van was present, this is despite being told at start of our conversations that van had this and was previously used for a pharmaceutical company, he later denied saying this!!. He informed me all calls were recorded and I asked him to check our previous conversations and get back to me, no reply !! and I tried to call and left messages for him to contact me, once again no reply! The reason I chose this van was due to low mileage under 30,000 miles. The owner proceeded to tell me S History wasn't that important when I would be selling van in few years time😳🤷‍♂️. Alarm bells started ringing about this company when I started asking questions about why he couldn't provide proof of mileage.

I brought a transit custom from this company and was sold a van on false advertising. The van was not the same as it was in the picture advertised. Also scratches and two bad dents on the rear doors. I have sent emails with pictures to them of the dents, also the van got delivered and it wasn’t even validated and smelt. I have also call them to see what they are going to do about it and have had no joy. This company is absolutely shameful and I would never or advise anyone to by a vehicle from them. I run a business myself and would never treat a customer like this. It’s absolutely disgusting how I’ve been treated and completely ripped off!!!!! 🤬
