Rude rude and rude. No wonder they are short staffed if that’s how they treat people.

Vista today after an emergency warning light came on friendly service not too much trouble thanks for saving our holiday .

I went into Courtfield garage as I’d run out of windscreen fluid and was on my way back home from a camping trip - I was greeted so kindly by the staff on reception - one of them came outside and brought water and helped me refill the wiper reservoir. I didn’t ask for this help but it showed me that this garage obviously prioritise customer care and service very highly Thank you - if I lived nearer I’d be using your garage to service my car 🤩

Brilliant service. Had an emergency and within 15 mins of calling they were straight out and recovered car and job sorted so quickly. Managed to get to Carlisle on time. Can not thank you guys enough. Wish I lived closer to use you again !!!
